Bobbys Landing is a full-service FBO located on the northside of North Perry Airport, Pembroke Pines, Florida (south Florida). The terminal at Bobby's Landing features a weather planning room, lobby & reception, kitchen/vending machines, and wi-fi. Phillips 66 branded JetA and AvGas are available via our mobile refuelers (trucks) on each side of the airport as well as self-serve AvGas at an even greater discount and for after-hours operations. We strive to keep our fuel prices the lowest in southeast Florida.
Bobby's Landing's NATA Safety 1st staff will usher you in to the ramp, have a rental car waiting for you, provide any catering or light snacks/drinks that you may need, and also has a full-service maintenance shop at your disposal in the event of any AOG maintenance issues.

Bob Benyo, President & Sole Owner of Bobby's Landing, is an aviation professional with more than 25 years in the aviation industry, including owning and operating a flight school, FBO, Part 135 Air Charter and banner towing businesses across the United States. Benyo holds an FAA A&P and IA License and has worked as a mechanic for more than 30 years. He has built his companies on a reputation of excellence in training, professionalism, quality, and service. Benyo has been a pioneer in training by being the first FAA approved administrator of both a Laser Grade Test Center and Sulvan Prometric Test Center in south Florida. Benyo has also created FAA Approved Training Curriculums which have been adopted by the FAA as "Industry Best Practices." Roughly 10 years ago, Benyo expanded his business ventures in south Florida with the purchase of a six-acre Fixed Base Operation which includes hangars, aircraft tie-downs, and a terminal. Benyo has transitioned this company from a small operation to a world class FBO, vastly expanding fuel sales and services, and is now embarking on a 22-acre / $18m FBO Expansion Project.
Dana, a Broward County resident of over 20 years, is a seasoned aviation veteran with over 20 years in managing operations and finances of various aviation related companies. Dana's extensive history in marketing and sales has played an integral role in founding and transitioning a small single aircraft flight school into a world class, industry leading aerial advertising company operating over 20 aircraft. Dana has also led the successful acquisition of Bobby's Landing FBO at North Perry Airport and developed this company from an unsophisticated, distressed business pumping under 6,000 gallons of AvGas per month into a full service profitable company pumping over 25,000 gallons of AvGas and JetA per month.
Founded in 2007, Bobby's Landing has grown from a small AvGas only FBO with modest amenities and a handful of based aircraft to a world-class FBO offering full maintenance to the flying public, AvGas and JetA, and over 70 based aircraft.
Bob Benyo and Dana Karl originally purchased the fledgling FBO in November 2007. As the owners of Aerial Banners and its fleet of aircraft, they were the FBO's largest tenant and fuel purchaser. Customer Service, quality, and sometimes even fuel were non-existent, so in their own self-interest, they purchased the FBO with the intentions of providing better customer service to their existing fleet. Enjoying the improved customer service, Bob and Dana implemented strategies and programs to improve the customer experience for tenants and transients alike. They fully renovated the terminal building, built a new fuel farm, and offered top-tier customer service at the lowest cost possible. The business was a success and now an overwhelming demand from existing and future clients have prompted Bobby's Landing ownership and management to embark on a massive 22-acre expansion project.
